Together we come up with your custom plan for each room. What makes sense for you? This service covers more than just furniture placement & accessories. Full staging includes everything that buyers look at, such as; things to replace, repair, what to clean, what to leave on the walls, lighting placement and updating, flooring, and much more. If you have money for improvements, I’ll help you decide what makes the most sense. You’ll receive a detailed written report for your home plus a Quick Check Off List to use right before each showing. This service is by far the most popular and gives you the details to show buyers your home at its absolute best!

You’ve worked hard getting your house ready to sell. Want a final look from an Interior Design staging expert? Let’s do Final Touches! These are quick and easy changes like moving some accessories, adjusting furniture, arranging towels and pillows, etc. Let’s get it right BEFORE pictures are taken and BEFORE buyers walk in!
Vacant House
Have you moved out? Are you moving out? Should you move out?
Believe it or not, there are many aspects to consider even if your house is vacant! I know what you need to do and what you don’t want to do! Before you move out, we can discuss what could stay in the house – maybe some furniture or accessories? Even if your house will be vacant, I have tips for you. For example, is it best to remove the curtains or leave them? Vacant houses have many details that need attention before you start showing your home.
