If you live in the Columbus Ohio area, don't hesitate to contact me! I worked with a seller last Friday whos house was up for sale for 5 months with no offers. When I arrived at her house, she told me a buyer was coming in a few hours. As we went through her house, we made many easy changes like removing some furniture, rearranging furniture, removing some accessories and improving the traffic flow. The changes were dramatic. We were able to do most of my suggestions before the buyer arrived. This home seller called me today to say that buyer came back a second time and is giving her an offer today.
